What we collect

Only what you type into a form and send us: your name, your email address, a phone number if you give one, and the answers you select about the work you want. That is the whole list. We do not ask for anything we would not need in order to reply.

What we do with it

We use it to answer you, quote the work, and carry out the job if you hire us. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to anyone else to market to you. If you join the monthly note, we use your email for that note and nothing else.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms, a form-handling service. What you type reaches their servers before it reaches our inbox — your name, email, phone number if you gave one, and your answers about the work. They process it in order to deliver it to us. They are not permitted to use it for anything else, and we do not send them anything beyond what you submitted.

Tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party tracking scripts. Our fonts are served from our own domain rather than a font network, so loading a page here does not announce your visit to another company.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is a live conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. Ask us to delete yours and we will, unless we are legally required to keep a record of work performed.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The monthly note unsubscribes in one click, and we will not email you to ask why.
