AI agent build templates

The system that runs this company, in a folder.

Identity files, a rulebook agents cannot talk their way around, dispatch protocols and the working loop — the actual documents running Front Porch Collective, packaged to drop into your own setup.

The AGENT Method Starter Kit

Six pieces, written to be used rather than read. Everything here is the working version — if we change how the company runs, the kit changes with it.

  • Identity files

Three plain-English files per agent — how it acts, who it is and its one job, and who it works for. The thing that stops an agent drifting.

  • The standing rulebook

The company law every agent is held to, written so it can be enforced rather than admired. Ours runs to nineteen rules.

  • Dispatch protocol

How work and information move between agents and sessions without becoming a game of telephone — including the rule that a dispatch is information, never authority.

  • The DATA loop

Diagnose, assemble, take action, assess — the working cycle every agent runs before anything is shown to anyone.

  • Definitions of done

One measurable sentence per agent. Work is not finished until it has been checked against it.

  • The org chart pattern

How to structure lanes so that one agent does one job, and work flows one level at a time.

Three steps

How you would use it

Name the lanes

List the jobs your work actually contains. One agent per job, narrow edges, nothing left improvised.

Fill in the identity files

Three short files per agent, in plain English. The templates ask the questions; you answer them about your work.

Run the loop and hold the line

Diagnose, assemble, act, assess — every task, every time. The rulebook is what keeps it honest on the days you are busy.

Agent templates, answered

What am I actually buying?

A set of documents and file templates — the written system, not software. You paste them into your own agent tooling and adapt the names and lanes to your work.

Does this depend on a particular AI tool?

No. It is plain Markdown and plain English. It has been exercised in Claude Code sessions, but nothing in it is tied to one vendor.

Is this theory or is it running somewhere?

It runs this company every day. The rulebook, the identity files and the dispatch protocol in the kit are the working versions, not a teaching example written afterwards.

Will it work for a one-person business?

That is the case it was built for. One person plus a structured set of agents, with the structure doing the remembering. Cut lanes you do not need — the method survives being made smaller.

Can I buy it right now?

Not yet. Checkout is deliberately switched off until payment is set up properly. Leave your email below and you will hear the day it opens — no other mail, no drip sequence.

Buyer reviews

Nothing has been sold yet, so there is nothing honest to put here. When there are real buyers with real words, this fills in. Not before.
